Welcome to Garbage Disposal Guys. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your request for garbage disposal replacement. By accessing our website, submitting a service request, or scheduling an appointment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Replacement Offer

Garbage Disposal Guys provides $399 garbage disposal replacement for standard residential kitchen disposal swaps. The standard offer includes standard garbage disposal unit, removal of your old disposal, professional installation, sink flange and connection check, leak test and cleanup, and haul-away of the old unit. Service availability may vary by location and technician schedule. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our service area or for jobs we determine are unsafe or outside standard replacement scope.

2. Service Requests and Scheduling

When you submit our intake form, you provide accurate contact information including your full name, email, phone number, street address, and preferred time window. Time windows (6 AM – 11 AM, 11 AM – 3 PM, and 3 PM – 7 PM) are requested appointment ranges, not guaranteed arrival times. We will contact you to confirm or reschedule as needed.

You confirm that you are the property owner or have authorization to request service at the address provided.

3. Pricing and Payment

The advertised $399 price applies to standard garbage disposal replacement and includes a standard disposal unit. Work outside standard scope, including major plumbing reroutes, new electrical circuits or switch wiring, non-standard commercial units, and severe cabinet or water-damage repairs, may require a different quote. We will communicate any scope or price changes before proceeding. You agree to pay for approved work upon completion unless other payment arrangements are agreed to in writing.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We may charge a cancellation or trip fee for missed appointments where adequate notice was not provided, or where our technician arrives and is unable to access the property or perform the agreed work.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area under the kitchen sink.
• Disclose known plumbing issues, previous work, or hazards before work begins.
• Secure pets and clear the area around the sink and cabinet.
• Ensure an authorized adult is present during the appointment unless otherwise agreed.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

Any warranty on parts or labor will be described at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties on new garbage disposals and other parts apply as provided by the manufacturer. Unless stated otherwise in writing, our labor warranty covers workmanship for a limited period following completion of the job.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Garbage Disposal Guys is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim related to a service visit is limited to the amount paid for that specific service, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or submit false or misleading information through our forms. Content on this site is for general information about our services and may be updated without notice.

9. Privacy
